Vendor Fees: $80 fee for non-profits and $125 for commercial vendors. 

Vendor Payment Portal

  • All products, services, promotional items, samples, coupons, and food samples provided for inclusion in promotional bags for VegFest visitors must promote good health or be vegetarian or vegan.

  • DEADLINE TO SUBMIT LOGO FOR INCLUSION IN EVENT PROGRAM is SEPTEMBER 1, 2019.
